Melksham Bike Ride for British Heart Foundation

The annual sponsored bike ride in aid of the British Heart Foundation sets off from Seend on Sunday, May 13 so you have plenty of time to start getting fit to join in. The BHF is also after

 volunteers to marshal the course and help out at refreshment points.

There is a 28- and a 48-mile cycle, making it the perfect opportunity for families and cycling enthusiasts raise money for the charity's work. The event aims to attract more than 700 people and raise over £25,000.

On-day registration and entertainment will take place from 8am with the bike ride starting at 9am from the Lye Field. Entry fees are £15 for adults and £7.50 for children.
