Seend Acoustic Festival Huge Success

What a day! Seend Acoustic Festival Number 1 on September 10 was a huge success. Everything ran like clockwork the entire day, no hitches, no upsets and the atmosphere was lovely, friendly and relaxed. The performances were great, the delicious food served up by Event Horizon, the beer supplied by Arbor Ales, the hard work and dedication of all our volunteers, the community spirit of all the folk that cleared up immediately at the end to make way for the next morning's short mat bowls matches, the sheer brilliance of Roger and Paul's combined PA, HD Vid Cameras and Lighting Rig but if you were there you'd know all of that. If you weren't then anyone will tell you what a great event you missed, you'll have to come to next year's festival. So mark your diary for 7th, 8th & 9th September next year. On the Friday evening we'll be having a bit of dance evening like a ceilidh type thing, then the Saturday will be much the same format at this year, four incredible acts are already confirmed.
