Whats happening with the Towns CCTV?? we removed our 8 camera Digital system that cost the town £0 just after removing the last of the Christmas lights, as we installed it and registered it purely for the protection of them, on the basis that a wonderful 2 camera system was on its way for a mere £25k.

Our system was used numerous times over the festive period by the police as evidencial material, and today I received a call that the Police were looking to check the system for evidence in another Crime, but its no longer in place.

It took us just over 5 weeks from the idea of CCTV to cover the lights being born, to being fully installed and operational. So wheres our official CCTV thats been talked about for I believe about 15 years now!?
