West Wilts Military Vehicle Trust have been been kindly granted permission to run our military show at the local Parish Council in Lacock Village on 17th - 18th August 2013.

Lacock at War has been successfully running for many years now, this being the second appearance in the village itself.

Commemorating 69 years since the arrival of the first American Troops in Lacock in the lead up to DDay.

Military vehicles, Homefront Exhibits, Living History Groups, NAAFI, Trade Stalls, Wadworths Brewery will be putting on a beer tent, BBQ and Hog Roast. WW2 period dress is encouraged to make Lacock come alive with the sights and sounds of the 1940′s.

Battle of Britain Memorial Flight on both days (applied for).

Lacock at War is a wonderful military show set in the unspoilt village of Lacock, famous for its magnificent Abbey, which is also a popular film and television location.
