Free badminton sessions at Bowerhill’s Christie Miller

Melksham residents can now take advantage of No Strings Attached badminton sessions in a bid to beat those winter blues and lose weight.

Christie Miller Centre are offering the free sessions and a free loyalty reward for the first seven weeks of 2011, are the perfect way to kick-start an active lifestyle.

You’ll also get a free beach towel if you attend four or more sessions before February 20.
