Coffee or cocktails, anyone?
They do surprisingly good coffee here as well as some great food at lunchtime, healthier than your standard pub grub. I guess that's because this place is more of a slick bar than a pub and the crowd reflect this, but not in a bad way - they're not pretentious, just younger than lots of places round here. The service is great, quick and friendly and the prices are good, in my opinion, Well worth checking out either for a nice cappuccino and sandwich at lunch, or something a little more glam come sundown.

Bud Bar-Cafe
Great place for both daytime and evening. Real cafe culture during the day with great americanos, lattes, frappacinos and more , or have a glass of wine or pint with a range of food from jacket spuds , great paninis or salads. Really friendly service from Steve and Lesley and theres a hidden terrace for eating and drinking or watch the world go by from the outside decking. Fridays and Saturdays are party night with a range of music either for dancing or just socialising. Watch out for the wicked cocktail menu. It looks like the place for New Year too with an 80's and 90's Cocktail Party planned 8 till late. If you haven't tried Buds give it a go , its something different from the usual pubs and restaurants.
