    On Satuday morning there was another car accident at the notorious blackspot on Bollands Hill, between Seend and the A365 to the east of Melksham. A Citroen van carrying three people rolled down the embankment just after 11.30am. An ambulance was called and the paramedics said the passengers did not require hospital treatment.     As a step towards the possible reordering and increasing of the train services across Wiltshire, there will be a Summer Sunday Trains service, connecting Swindon, Chippenham, Melksham, Trowbridge and Westbury.
